I'm just a down to earth guy trying to figure life out. I consider myself a deep thinker. I'm a good listener. I have alot of compassion for people and truly take on the pain of those how are less fortunate or suffering. I pray for peace and try to promote it as much as I can. I don't push my beliefs on people but, just throw a few words in here and there. I believe strongly that you are what you eat and that alot of anxiety, depressive, etc disorders are caused by poor diet. I can speak for myself on that one. The proof is in the pudding.
