One of the awesome things about getting older...you no longer feel the pressure to fit in and do what everyone else feels acceptable.I stumbled upon the movie " Forks over Knives" just trying to improve my health..then "vegucated"...which led to more videos on animal abuse...WOW! INSTANT VEGAN! I can't change the whole world..but I can change my own footprint.This has had a huge impact on my spirit already, not just relearning how to eat, but also what I think. |
