Then, turned vegan in 2010 and after 2 attempts, have now been raw vegan (nearly 100%), for over a year (January 2014). Some of my favorite activities are meditation, yoga, water Tai Chi (Ai Chi) which is oh so nurturing, hiking, dancing. Some of my favorite types of music are Ol' school Funk, R&B, Salsa, Afro Cuban, African drums, Reggae, Jazz and assorted types of spiritual music. I'm into permaculture and want to live off grid in an intentional community, with a focus on health, healing and well being. I am a Life Coach and Energy healing Practitioner. Also, I am the proud Grandmother of 9 grandchildren, ages 3 to 18. They help to keep me young and engaged. |
